FarCry 4 v1.4 : no more sound ? :o. Just updated FarCry 4 to version 1.4.0, PC version. Only to find out that i'm left with no sound/music ingame. I can hear sound when starting the game (NVIDIA scene, Dumia Engine, etc) but no more sound at all when actually playing. muitas surpresas. Just picked up Far Cry 3 and while I am generally impressed by the game so far, I am having persistent audio issues. Every few seconds, the audio will stutter slightly, sort of like a scratched CD, and sometimes it will be a second or so out of sync with the game. I have googled everything I can think of, but no I had sound stuttering and framerate spike (stuttering, hiccup). Set audio back to 44KHz reduce sounds stuttering. Using resource monitor to pinpoint high CPU and RAM usages processes and put them to low priority and 1-core affinity in task manager helps resolve this completely. #11. Hey guys. I finally jumped into FC3 after years of wanting to get into it. The game is kind of amazing, but it keeps crashing once per 20ish mins. I've seen some fixes on internet about disabling TableInputService, using Windows 7-8-Vista compatibility, using borderless instead of Fullscreen and done them all but in the end I still keep crashing.

Then go to Advanced Mode and scroll through the Application manager until you find Far Cry Primal to make sure it's using the correct sound settings; Gaming as opposed to Music for example. 1. r/farcry.

At first I thought was just the voice audio but now It seems like the cutscene itself is delayed; I hear the audio before a character speaks/right before they perform an action. For example, in the cutscene I just watched one of the Seeds was using a stapler. I was able to hear them staple things and slam the stapler on the table, before they my PC does not have any touch screen installed so i shut that all off months ago when i did my initial Windows 10 Pro installation. other people use this method. 1) Open task manager. 2) Go to "Details" tab. 3) Stop TabTip.exe. also try launching both Steam as well as Uplay as run as Administrator. #1. But you need English language pack to hear voices. Prolly not kosher to link to Torrent that has it but it exists. I just downloaded it and it works fine though I did crash once but not sure if its related or not. Just Google "Far Cry 3 English Sound Files" and enjoy. I'm not SUPERstitious, but I am a little stitious!
Far Cry 3 Sound Problem - Can't hear characters voices, can hear you must download sound_english.dat and sound_english.fat files. Free for all owners of the season pass for Far Cry 5. It can be disabled with in configuration file but game seems to remove it with every launch.
